Clinical Compliance Manager

A proud Texas native, Heather is a Registered Nurse with 17 years of diverse experience in the healthcare field. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The University of Texas at Austin. Throughout her career, Heather has gained extensive experience in critical care, preoperative surgical services, endoscopy, and outpatient surgery. She has held a variety of roles, including charge nurse, department manager, leadership committee member, pharmacy coordinator, and preceptor showcasing her leadership abilities and commitment to improving patient care.

Currently serving as the Clinical Compliance Manager for Bluebird Local, Heather is proud to be part of an exceptional team of nurses. Known for her strong communication skills, organizational expertise, compassion, and adaptability, she is dedicated to meeting the individualized needs of her patients.

Outside of her professional life, Heather is a loving wife and mother of two. She enjoys spending time with her family in their large vegetable garden, growing and harvesting food to prepare together. She also enjoys raising chickens, hiking, and exploring the beauty of National Parks. Her passion for family, nature, and healthcare continues to inspire her both at work and at home.
